It's a great way to meet friends and give you a little bit of a boost before your Falcon Future begins. Each program has a specific theme and purpose. During this program, you will meet and connect with other first-year students, learn more about common aspects of college life and the BGSU experience and enjoy academic and co-curricular activities. The program will provide you with tools and resources contributing to the success of your first year in college. During TRIO Summer Link, you will meet TRIO staff and other incoming SSS students, get used to campus and learn about BGSU resources, time management and goal setting for the academic year. TRIO Summer Link participants will do on-campus and day-long field trip activities to explore cultural events and career options. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! TRIO SSS serves United States students from first-generation and low-income backgrounds and students with registration with BGSU Accessibility Services. Students from these backgrounds are admitted based on the need for academic support.
