Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 6:00 PM until 7:00 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

A Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from BGSU prepares individuals for a variety of careers in the arts and humanities, including continued study in art historical graduate programs.

Join us for the Art History Information Session to learn more about our program  during a 30-minute presentation all about life as a BGSU Art History student.

    We'll discuss:
    • Our faculty, who are internationally recognized in their research specializations which they bring to their classrooms through both scholarship and hands-on experiences
    • Your career after graduation. Our students have gone on to prominent national careers in the arts, including teaching positions, curatorial, and administrative posts at the Smithsonian Institution's Museum of Natural History, the Museum of Art at the University of California, Santa Barbara, the Toledo Museum of Art and more.
    • Our close proximity to some of the country’s finest art collections, including the Toledo Museum of Art and the numerous museums and galleries throughout the Midwest
    • Study abroad opportunities in Florence, Italy, at SACI and more

Stick around after the presentation for Q&A. Bring your questions! We'll be joined by current Art History students who are eager to share their experiences.
