Destination: BGSU

This summer, we’re rolling out the “orange carpet” at our Destination: BGSU events so you can visit and explore. It’s never too early to start your college search, and these events are designed to provide an in-depth introduction to Bowling Green. 

Here’s what you can expect if you join us:

• Check-in opens at 9:30 a.m. Eastern and the formal program begins at 10 a.m.
• Attend presentations developed with your college search in mind. We'll cover important topics including our application and admissions process, scholarships and the unique programs and resources you'll find only at BGSU. 
• Explore our exhibitor area and connect with over 30 academic and student service areas, including Club Sports, the Honors College, the Falcon Learning Your Way (FLY) Program, Student Financial Aid, Housing and more. 
• All guests will also join a general campus tour. The student-led, 90-minute campus tour will include stops inside a few student life spaces, including a classroom, the recreation center and a residence hall.
• Lunch will be provided.
• After the formal program wraps up at 2:30 p.m., some academic areas are offering optional academic activities. You can choose an optional academic activity when registering. 
• Students interested in the BGSU Honors College can attend an optional, 30-minute presentation at 9:15 a.m., before the program begins. Early check-in will be available at 9 a.m. for guests who attend this presentation.
