Falcon Friday for High School Seniors
There's no better way to decide whether a college is the right fit than to visit and explore.
Whether this is your first visit to campus or a return visit, Falcon Friday is an excellent time for high school seniors to finalize their plans for the fall. Here's what you can expect if you join us at a Falcon Friday:

Whether this is your first visit to campus or a return visit, Falcon Friday is an excellent time for high school seniors to finalize their plans for the fall. Here's what you can expect if you join us at a Falcon Friday:
Morning Program
- 8:30 a.m. Eastern
- Check-in begins
- Start your day in the Exhibitor Area to connect with representatives from various academic departments and student services like Residence Life and Financial Aid. The exhibitors will be available from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
- Tip: this is your time to learn more about our majors; we encourage you to arrive early so you have plenty of time to explore the exhibitor area
- 9:30 a.m. Eastern
- The formal program begins and you'll work your way through a few helpful presentations developed with YOU in mind:
- Next Steps to Becoming a Falcon - we'll discuss the "to do list items" you should have on your radar as you prepare to join us at BGSU in the fall
- Save the Date: Your First Semester at BGSU - from Homecoming and Family Weekend to scheduling classes and midterms, we'll give you a glimpse at what you can expect during your first semester
- Student Success at BGSU - learn more about what makes BGSU #1 for student experience and how you will be supported as a student
- Student Financial Aid & Bills Overview - staff from Student Financial Aid and Scholarships will provide tips, tools, and timelines for navigating through your financial aid offer and bill payment at BGSU

In the afternoon, you have the option to choose from a number of activities, including:
- Lunch on campus - each registered student will be provided a free meal coupon
- Self-guided tours of some first-year residence halls
- An info session led by Residence Life, all about first-year student room selection and living on campus
- Student-led, general campus tours, including stops inside a few student life spaces, including classroom spaces, the Student Union and our Recreation Center (great for first-time visitors!)
- Walk-in appointments with Accessibility Services; staff will be available to discuss possible academic and housing accommodations and resources available to students with disabilities
- Select academic programs will be offering opportunities to connect in their classroom and lab spaces

Note: Falcon Fridays are exclusively for high school seniors. All other registrations for Falcon Fridays will be automatically moved to the Go BG! Admissions Presentation and Campus Tour, if space allows.
