    For students interested in the Arts at BGSU, join us for an opportunity to learn more about Creative Writing, Theatre and Film and the five divisions in the School of Art: Studio, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Art Education and Art History.

    This event is your opportunity to connect with faculty and current students, explore our studios and galleries and learn more about what's waiting for you here at BGSU.

    Here's what you can expect at Explore the Arts Day:

    Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. Eastern
    Be sure to arrive with plenty of time to explore the exhibitor area after you check in. The exhibitor area will be open from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Eastern and you can connect with faculty, the Office of Admissions, Student Housing, Financial Aid and more. 

    The formal program will begin at 9:30 a.m. Eastern
    We'll start the day with an overview of the Arts at BGSU.

    After the morning presentations, you’ll join 3 different breakout sessions – and you get to decide how you’d like to spend your time! 
    When registering, you'll choose which breakout sessions you'd like to attend. Options include tours, workshops, demonstrations and presentations about portfolio review and scholarships.

    Lunch will be provided at the conclusion of the breakout sessions. 

    If this is your first visit to campus, you might be interested in a full campus tour, too. When registering, you can add a full campus tour to your visit. This optional 90-minute campus tour will begin around 2 p.m. Eastern. Led by a current BGSU student, tours will include visits to our student recreation center, residence halls, a dining hall and general academic spaces. 

    Seniors, are you ready to apply to BGSU? Submit your application during your visit, and we'll waive the $45 application fee!
